Jeffrey S. Harris

EXPERIENCE

Mr. Harris represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. His main areas of practice are employment litigation and counseling employers. Mr. Harris regularly defends employers in discrimination and retaliation litigation, and protects their interests in unfair competition cases. He counsels clients in all areas of law affecting human resource management, including employee discipline and discharge, equal employment opportunity, disability accommodation and wage and hour.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Mr. Harris serves on the Boards of Directors of the American Red Cross, Hawaii State Chapter; the Boy Scouts of America, Aloha Chapter; and the YMCA of Honolulu. He is a member of First Presbyterian Church of Honolulu, and belongs to the Outrigger Canoe Club and the Pacific Club.
