Kalani A. Morse

EXPERIENCE

Mr. Morse represents, advises, and defends a wide array of institutional organizations and clients. Mr. Morse also regularly speaks at professional seminars and provides training on a critical labor and employment law issues. His main area of practice is advising and defending employers in all aspects of labor and employment law: litigating civil actions in state and federal courts, defending wrongful termination, harassment, reasonable accommodation, breach of contract, and other employment claims, including administrative charges, wage and hour audits, labor elections, union grievances and arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, and administrative and judicial appeals.
