Kevin P. McLaughlin

EXPERIENCE

Kevin McLaughlin is a member of the Litigation and Employment Departments. He joined the firm in November 2011. Mr. McLaughlin’s practice is focused on employment and commercial litigation. He has represented clients in wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, harassment and wage-and-hour suits, including complex multi-party class actions. He has additional experience in a wide variety of personal injury matters, including toxic exposure, elder abuse, products liability, wrongful death cases, and claims arising under the Jones Act and the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act.
