EXPERIENCE

Rahul Maitra is an associate in the firm’s corporate department.  Mr. Maitra advises corporate entities about business matters, including business formation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general corporate governance.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Maitra worked in the corporate department of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in New York City.

His noteworthy projects include assisting in structuring and negotiating transaction documents in connection with a several hundred million dollar cross-border investment into a major investment bank and in connection with a several hundred million dollar sale of a technology company.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Mr. Maitra enjoys participating in beach cleanups with Sustainable Coastlines Hawaii.
