EXPERIENCE

Mr. Ho’s practice includes advising corporations, limited liability companies and other entities in all aspects of their businesses, including business formation, corporate governance, securities law compliance, capital and financing arrangements, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Ho also assists nonprofit and tax exempt organizations with various corporate and tax matters. Mr. Ho is also licensed as a certified public accountant (inactive) in the state of Washington. Mr. Ho has been a speaker at a number of continuing professional education courses for attorneys, CPAs and others.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Mr. Ho serves on the Board of Directors of the Hawaii Alliance of Nonprofit Organizations. He has previously served on the boards of other nonprofit organizations, including the American Cancer Society, Hawaii Pacific and St. Louis Education Foundation.
