Steven V. Torkildson is a director in the firms’ Honolulu office. Mr. Torkildson practices primarily in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, commercial leasing, construction contracts, condominiums, land use and entitlements, commercial transactions and secured lending transactions. Mr. Torkildson’s clients include local, national and international real estate developers, real estate management companies, contractors, banks, and various retailers and restaurants.

Mr. Torkildson has taught continuing education courses for attorneys and other professionals in subjects including: real estate purchase and sale agreements; Hawaii title law; land development; commercial leases; financing under the Uniform Commercial Code; disclosures in real estate transactions; and mortgage foreclosures.

Mr. Torkildson is a past President and Board Member of the Outrigger Canoe Club.
